The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. jiljee reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.
2.5 Account Verification (KYC). jiljee is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide such documentation as jiljee may reasonably request, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiljee login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jiljee immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jiljee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date. Any change in your personal details, including your residential address or email address, must be updated in your account settings promptly. jiljee is not responsible for any consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.
3.3 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. jiljee reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any deduction. Players may reactivate their accounts by logging in and completing any required verification steps.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your jiljee account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jiljee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. In compliance with Philippine regulations, jiljee does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset). Credit card gambling deposits are not supported. Any attempt to deposit via a prohibited payment method will be declined and the funds returned to the originating account.
4.3 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set out on the Payments page of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. jiljee reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to players.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. jiljee aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Payments page. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the player's verification status. jiljee reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
4.5 Payment Method Consistency. jiljee applies a same-source withdrawal policy where practicable. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, jiljee will work with the player to identify an appropriate alternative withdrawal method, subject to completion of additional verification as required.
4.6 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied to transactions made in Philippine Peso. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their own financial institution where applicable.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. jiljee offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. jiljee takes bonus abuse seriously. 5.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated on each promotion page. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically. jiljee is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.4 Malfunctions. 6.5 Disconnection Policy. 10.2 Exclusion of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiljee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jiljee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Maximum Liability. jiljee's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiljee account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Gambling Losses. jiljee is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by players on the Platform. Gambling involves risk, and players accept that they may lose money wagered. jiljee encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their means.

13.1 Termination by jiljee. jiljee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if jiljee reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if jiljee is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In the event of termination for cause, jiljee reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
